Uncorked

After traveling through wine country, Luis and Alissa Ferro dreamed of one day owning their own wine bar. Alissa grew up in Rochester, and the couple quickly realized it would be the perfect place to build their dream. They slowly researched and developed the idea and are now the proud founders of Uncorked. Over the years, the concept twisted and turned but eventually settled on combining three of their passions: Wine, Beer and Cuba.
